Cryotherapy or "cold therapy" can be a great tool for anti aging and skin rejuvenation.  The ultra cold triggers increased production of collogan and elastin along with targeting fresh blood flow to eliminate inflammation and swelling.  These effects all aid in tightening and minimizing fine lines and wrinkles.  Fat loss from fat cell death can also tighten and tone loose and saggy skin while the lymphatic system is manipulated to flush all the toxins and waste the effected tissue has been holding onto.

Come Relax and reset with our massage therapy.  We offer both 60 and 90 min sessions that will be catered to your exact needs for that day.  Massage is a great service by itself or paired together with a facial or sauna session to spend a longer time relaxing.

Infrared sauna is a great pairing before a facial, or after a massage or workout session to relax and wind down a little longer.  Our sauna is in a common but low traffic area.  Please bring clothes you would be comfortable being passed by in. We recommend shorts and tank for women and shorts for men.  Towels and robes are available for all spa services.
