    Our industry has become more and more specialized and we want to focus on your beauty and wellness needs as a whole. Instead of offering a la carte services, we work on an inclusive session-based system so we can provide the best possible beauty and self-care services regardless of the steps involved.   • What should I expect during my first visit?

    Upon your arrival, you be welcomed by your provider to begin your experience. If you arrive early, please enjoy a refreshment and find a place in one of our numerous seating areas until your provider is ready for you.
  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We understand that you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please note that we require a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a $50 fee. In the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to collect the full amount of the service, and you may be required to make a deposit to rebook. A consultation no-show will result in a $20 fee.
  • Are your products safe for sensitive skin or allergies?

    We utilize high-quality, dermatologist-tested products in our treatments. We encourage clients to inform us of any allergies or skin sensitivities during the consultation so we can make necessary adjustments to ensure your comfort and safety.
  • Do you offer gift cards or packages?

  • How long do treatments typically take?

    The duration of our services varies: haircuts generally take 30-60 minutes and facials and massages usually last 60-90 minutes. We'll provide you with an estimated duration when you make your booking.
  • What should I wear to a spa appointment?

    We recommend wearing comfortable attire. For massages and body treatments, we provide robes and slippers. Our staff is trained to ensure your privacy and comfort throughout your visit.
  • Can I request a specific stylist or therapist?

    You will book directly with the provider of your choice or the one that works best for your schedule and our providers availability.
  • Do you offer services for men and children?

    Indeed, we offer grooming and spa services tailored for men, as well as age-appropriate treatments for children. We also have family-friendly options available to cater to all members of your household.
  • How should I wear my hair for my curly cut?

    Please arrive with your hair washed, dry, and styled like you currently wear it, without having been pinned or worn up.
  • Do you accept returns or refunds?

    Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for products or services. Prepaid services and gift cards are non-refundable. If you have concerns about services provided, we are happy to address the issue and attempt to correct it with either your original provider or a more senior team member, if needed.
